Laziness, a Charming Enemy.

Fatigue vs. Boredom:

Teachers, parents, and students note the difference between boredom and fatigue. These two conditions are completely different from each other. Fatigue is indeed a natural need, but our minds and bodies do not always need rest. Teachers, parents, and students should never let the lack of interest in work or subjects lead to fatigue. There is a clear difference between fatigue and boredom. Not only students but also most teachers fail to differentiate between fatigue and boredom, which is why they call the boredom that occurs during the study of students’ fatigue. When students read their textbooks saying, “They are very tired of reading. No more words can be read from them. ”Throwing away a textbook when someone picks up a magazine or newspaper and starts reading. This condition is not a sign of fatigue but of boredom.

Anxiety From Textbooks:

Fear of textbooks signals students’ frustration and anxiety. It is human nature to do the work that makes you feel unhappy and unhappy. Innumerable tricks make excuses to suspend or postpone this work. But students can successfully overcome this harmful habit by following the tips given below.

  • Give from the beginning of the study in front of the study place or table
  • Stand absolutely silent a minute ago.
  • Take books in hand with great cheerfulness and interest instead of anxiety.
  • Set a time for daily reading and regularly do your reading at the same time. Studying on a regular schedule five days a week will not only increase your inclination towards reading. Rather, you can easily keep yourself busy preparing for the exam, while successfully following a comprehensive strategy.
